Airbus A340 - BWIA West Indies

Among the most remarkably painted Airbus A340 were those of BWIA West Indies from Trinidad and Tobago. BWIA West Indies ceased operations on December 31 2006, however, because of financial trouble. The airline was founded in 1940. Before its collapse it operated two Airbus A340-300 aircraft on flights to its long-haul destinations like London Heathrow where the photograph is taken.
