American Airlines is the biggest airline in the world by fleet-size and passenger-miles. The airline has four hubs of which Dallas/Fort Worth is the biggest. Other hubs are Miami, San Juan and Chicago. Boeing 737-800s are replacing American's enormous McDonnell Douglas MD-80 fleet.
