Aeropostal is an airline from Venezuela. It was founded in 1929 as a French company Aéropostale, but was taken over by the Venezolan Government in 1933. In 1935 then name changed to Linea Aerea Venezolana (LAV). The airline ceased operations in 1994 but was resurrected as Aeropostal in 1997. Aeropostal flies Douglas DC-9 and McDonnell Douglas MD-82 and MD-83 airliners. The photograph shows a MD-82 approaching Miami International Airport.
